Canagan Free Range Chicken is a grain free dry dog food for puppies and adults, in a 2kg bag. It runs 34% protein and 17% fat, with freshly prepared free range chicken at 26% and dried chicken at another 26%.
52% total chicken is a high inclusion by any measure, and 34% protein is well above where a mainstream adult food sits. The carbohydrate is sweet potato, peas and potato with no cereal at all. Canagan also build in the joint supplements rather than leaving you to buy them separately, glucosamine at 830mg per kg, MSM at 830mg per kg and chondroitin at 610mg per kg, which is a meaningful level rather than a token sprinkle.
