In short. If you're a consumer in the EU you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Fill in the short form below — you don't need to log in — and we'll confirm by email and process your cancellation or return.

Before you start

Some products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal — for example perishable goods, and sealed items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons. If your item is exempt, we'll let you know when we process your request.
