Who we are
petshopnearme.ie is run by Joseph Michael Christian, trading as Pet Shop Near Me and Pet Depot, a sole trader registered in Ireland under business name registration number 795083, registered address Clologue, Camolin, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Y21 E5R2, VAT number IE5841610N. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
Only what the shop needs to work:
- Order details. Name, delivery address, email, phone and what you bought.
- Payment. Handled by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Account details. If you create one: login email and order history.
- Messages. What you send us through chat, email or the contact form, so we can answer.
- Site analytics. Aggregated visit data as described in the Cookie Policy.

How long we keep it
Order records for the period required by Irish tax law. Account data for as long as the account exists. Messages for as long as needed to resolve the question. Marketing data until you unsubscribe.

- Delete your data where we have no legal reason to keep it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
