Who you are buying from
Joseph Michael Christian, trading as Pet Shop Near Me and Pet Depot. A sole trader based in Ireland, business name registration number 795083, business address Clologue, Camolin, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Y21 E5R2. The same business behind Pet Depot Enniscorthy and Pet Depot Wicklow.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we email confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. If we cannot fulfil something, we tell you straight away and refund it in full.
Delivery
Tracked DPD delivery across the Republic of Ireland. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and it ships from the shop for next working day delivery. Free on orders over €69; under that, a flat €7.95 shows at checkout before you pay, and delivery is always free on subscription orders.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, in line with EU consumer law. To start a return, email hello@petshopnearme.ie with your order number and what you want to send back, and we will reply with the return address. For a change of mind you arrange and pay for return postage, and we recommend a tracked service. Items need to be unopened and in their original packaging, and opened food cannot be resold for safety reasons. Damaged or wrong items: message us with a photo and we sort it, no fuss.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in euro and include VAT. We price properly rather than inflate-and-discount. Stock levels reflect the actual shelves in the shops; rarely, something sells out in store before the site catches up, and if that affects your order we tell you and refund the difference or the item.
Our responsibility
Nothing here limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms; we are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or not caused by us.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts. If you have a complaint, talk to us first and we will do our best to fix it. The EU online dispute resolution platform is also available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
