Delivery
How fast is delivery?
DPD next day across the Republic of Ireland for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders after 2pm ship the next working day.
How much is delivery?
Free over €49 and €6.95 under. See Delivery and Returns.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
No. We deliver in the Republic of Ireland only.
What if I'm not in when DPD arrives?
DPD will leave a card and attempt redelivery the next day. You can also reroute to a neighbour or a DPD pickup point through the DPD app.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your bag is on the van.
Returns
What can I return?
Anything unopened, in its original packaging, within 14 days. Toys, accessories, treats, food.
Opened food bags can't be resold for safety reasons, but if there's something wrong with the product, message us and we'll make it right.
How do I start a return?
Email hello@petshopnearme.ie with your order number and what you'd like to return. For a change of mind, you arrange and pay for return postage, and we recommend a tracked service. If the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or sent in error, we cover the return and send a prepaid DPD label.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return reaches us.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Photograph the damage and email us within forty-eight hours. We'll replace or refund without you needing to ship it back.
Products
How do I know what to feed my dog?
Browse our brand range on the Brands page, or message us with your dog's breed, age, weight and any sensitivities, and we'll reply with a recommendation within a working day.
Are your products in stock in store?
Most are. If a bag is on the site, it's on a shelf in Enniscorthy or Wicklow.
My dog has a sensitivity. Which food do I pick?
Burns is built for sensitive dogs. Stanley's grain free range works for most grain sensitivities. For confirmed allergies, talk to your vet about a hydrolysed protein diet first, then come back to us with the brief.
How do I switch my dog onto a new food?
Slowly. Mix 25 percent new food with 75 percent old food for three days, then 50/50 for three days, then 75/25, then full new food. Total transition takes about ten days. Faster than that and you risk an upset stomach.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
For one-time orders, no. Guest checkout works.
For subscriptions, yes. You need an account to manage payment, frequency and pause-and-resume.
I forgot my password.
Click "Sign in" and then "Forgot password". You'll get a reset link by email.
The shops
Where are the shops?
Pet Depot Enniscorthy is on Duffry Hill, Y21 X4E3. Pet Depot Wicklow is at 5 Church Street, A67 W289. Both shops carry the same brands as the site.
What are your opening hours?
Mon to Sat, 9am to 6pm. Closed Sundays.
Can I order online and collect in store?
Yes. Choose Pick up at checkout and collect from our Enniscorthy or Wicklow shop. Orders are usually ready the same day and we email you when yours is ready. There is no delivery charge on click and collect.
Are the shops the same price as online?
Yes, one price in the shop and online. See Subscribe for subscription savings.

Is the price including VAT?
Yes. All prices on the site are inclusive of Irish VAT.
