How delivery works
Orders are picked and packed in Pet Depot Enniscorthy or Wicklow by someone who feeds the same brands to their own animals. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and it goes with DPD that day for next working day delivery. Orders after 2pm Friday and over the weekend ship Monday. You get DPD tracking by email and text.
What it costs
Free on orders over €49. Under that, a flat €6.95 shows at checkout before you pay. The same applies to subscription orders.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in the Republic of Ireland. We do not ship internationally. You can also choose Pick up at checkout and collect from Pet Depot Enniscorthy or Pet Depot Wicklow. We email you when your order is ready. There is no charge for click and collect.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. To start a return, email hello@petshopnearme.ie with your order number and what you want to send back, and we will reply with the return address. For a change of mind you arrange and pay for return postage, and we recommend a tracked service. Items need to be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened food cannot be resold for safety reasons, but if there is something wrong with it, message us and we will make it right. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return reaches us.
Damaged or wrong items
Message us through the chat or reply to your order email with a photo. We sort it, no fuss, and you will not be left waiting.
