The KONG Snuzzles Gorilla is a big black and tan plush gorilla with a full body squeaker inside. It gives a deep, drawn out squeak and the dense filling has a feel that gets dogs chewing and playing. The soft outer fabric means it also works as a nap time companion.
This is the Extra Large size and measures roughly 25 x 10 x 28cm. It is made from 73% polyester and 27% latex. KONG design it mainly for indoor play, so it is a good one to have for wet days when the walk gets cut short.
It is made for light to moderate chewing. For heavy chewers, KONG recommend their rubber toys. Take off all packaging, supervise play and stop using it once damaged.
Free delivery across Ireland on orders over €49.
Match the KONG size to your dog's jaw, not bodyweight. Pack guidance gives breed-weight indications — go up a size if your dog is a known destroyer.
Yes — there's a dedicated Puppy KONG line with softer rubber suitable for teething. Don't give a puppy an adult Classic KONG; the rubber is too firm for milk teeth.
Treats, peanut butter (xylitol-free), kibble, soaked food, frozen yoghurt. Freezing it overnight extends chew time substantially.
Black Extreme KONGs are denser rubber for serious chewers. If your Classic KONG is getting bitten through, step up to the Extreme.
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day by DPD, next working day to most of Ireland.
Delivery is free over €49, a flat €6.95 under that.
