Burgess Excel Ferret Food in a fish recipe is a complete diet formulated specifically for a ferret's needs, which differ significantly from a rabbit or guinea pig since ferrets are obligate carnivores requiring a genuinely high protein, high fat diet rather than a fibre based one. It suits an everyday ferret's full nutritional needs, part of the wider Excel range formulated with vets and nutritionists.
Follow the feeding guide on the packaging based on the ferret's weight and activity level, and always have fresh water available. Transition gradually from any previous food over about a week to avoid stomach upset. Free delivery on all orders over 49 euro. Orders under 49 euro have a delivery charge of 6.95 euro. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
