The Beaphar Lactol Feeding Set includes a bottle and teat sized appropriately for hand feeding a young puppy or kitten, designed to work alongside Beaphar Lactol milk replacer for hand rearing newborn, orphaned or underweight animals. Proper feeding equipment matters during hand rearing, a bottle and teat sized for a small animal reduces the risk of feeding too fast or the animal inhaling milk, which is a genuine danger during hand feeding.
Keep the bottle and teat clean and sterile before every use, sterilising between feeds the same way baby feeding equipment would be sterilised. Feed slowly and let the animal set the pace rather than forcing milk in quickly. Free delivery on all orders over 49 euro. Orders under 49 euro have a delivery charge of 6.95 euro. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
Using the wrong bottle or teat during hand feeding genuinely risks a puppy or kitten inhaling milk. This set is sized correctly for the job, making hand rearing safer and considerably less stressful.
When a puppy isn't getting enough milk from the mother, whether orphaned, a runt, a large litter or a sick bitch. Mix per pack instructions and feed via syringe or bottle.
