FibreCycle Back 2 Nature Small Animal Bedding & Litter, 20L is made from over 99 percent recycled paper, formed into flattened, ridged pellets that absorb moisture far more effectively than it sitting on top of the bedding the way it does with wood shavings or sawdust. This 20 litre pack suits rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, mice, ferrets, birds and some reptiles. The flatter pellet shape is gentler on small paws and ankle joints since it does not roll around underfoot, and the bedding is virtually dust free, which matters for the respiratory health of small animals kept in an enclosed space.
Fill the base of the cage to a depth of around 2 to 4cm, with a deeper area of bedding or nesting material in one spot if the animal likes to burrow. Spot clean daily and top up with fresh pellets, replacing the full amount roughly every seven days or as needed. Free delivery on all orders over 49 euro. Orders under 49 euro have a delivery charge of 6.95 euro. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
Traditional wood shavings and sawdust can be dusty and leave paws standing on damp bedding for longer than they should. This paper based bedding absorbs moisture away from the surface and stays low in dust, a genuinely better everyday environment for a small animal's feet and lungs.
