The Ancol Large Self Heating Pad works without any electricity or plug, using a reflective thermal core inside the pad that bounces a pet's own body heat back towards them rather than generating heat itself. Large measures 90cm by 64cm, suited to bigger dogs or multiple smaller pets sharing the same spot. The outer cover has a soft, sheepskin style finish that pets tend to settle into quickly, and it lifts off for machine washing, which matters over a winter of regular use. It works well inside a crate, laid on the floor in a draughty spot, or placed on a favourite chair or sofa spot to add extra warmth without changing anything else about where a pet already likes to sleep.
