Royal Canin Mini Dermacomfort is a dry dog food for small breed dogs from 1kg to 10kg that are prone to skin irritation and scratching, in a 3kg bag. Protein is 25.5% and fat 17.0%.
Skin is the single most common reason dogs end up at the vet, and the fatty acid load here is what separates this from a standard small breed adult food. It carries 35.2g of omega 6 per kg including 0.3g of gamma linolenic acid, and 11.3g of omega 3 including 4.0g of EPA and DHA. Those are the nutrients that support the skin barrier from the inside. Royal Canin report 91% of owners satisfied after two months of feeding it.
Free delivery anywhere in Ireland once you spend 49 euro.
Most Royal Canin recipes include grain. Grain inclusion is intentional — Royal Canin regards rice as a beneficial carb, not a filler.
Different breeds have different jaw structures, digestive needs and joint stresses. The breed formulas tune kibble shape, protein source and supplement profile to the breed.
Yes — there are puppy formulas for mini, medium and maxi breeds, plus breed-specific puppy formulas.
The Veterinary Diet range is for diagnosed clinical conditions and is typically recommended by a vet (kidney support, urinary, hepatic, etc.). We stock the everyday Royal Canin range for healthy dogs and cats.
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day by DPD, next working day to most of Ireland.
