The Ancol Hi Vis Safety Cat Collar combines a bright neon colour with a reflective print, giving a cat two layers of visibility rather than one, easy to spot in daylight and reflective under torch or headlight beam after dark. It measures 20 to 30cm with a 10mm width, sized for an adult cat, and it carries the same safety features as every Ancol cat collar, a break away buckle that snaps open if the cat gets caught while climbing, and an extra large warning bell that helps protect local birds and small mammals during hunting. It suits any cat that spends time outdoors, particularly around dawn, dusk or after dark when visibility to traffic matters most.
Aim for a two finger gap between the collar and the cat's neck once fastened, and check the fit regularly since cats grow and collars can loosen over time. Remove the collar before applying liquid flea or spot on treatment to avoid the chemicals affecting the buckle or material. The break away buckle is designed to open under pressure, so occasional release is the safety feature working as intended. Free delivery on all orders over 49 euro. Orders under 49 euro have a delivery charge of 6.95 euro. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
Most reflective collars only work once light hits them directly. This one pairs a bright neon colour for daytime visibility with a reflective print for night time, so the cat stays easier to spot around the clock, not just after dark.
