Cats Best Original 4.3kg is a clumping cat litter made from technologically refined, active wood fibres rather than mined clay, in this larger 4.3kg size, suited to ongoing use or a multi cat household. It clumps firmly around urine for easy scooping, binds odour effectively, and is 100 percent compostable and biodegradable, made in Germany. It suits an owner who wants a genuinely plant based litter without giving up the clumping performance a clay litter offers.
Clumping litter still needs scooping daily and topping up regularly, the biodegradable nature of the litter does not reduce how often the tray needs attention. Introduce a litter change gradually if switching from a different type, since some cats are sensitive to a sudden change in texture. Free delivery on all orders over 49 euro. Orders under 49 euro have a delivery charge of 6.95 euro. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
A lot of clumping litters rely on mined clay, which carries a real environmental cost. This one clumps just as effectively using wood fibre instead, giving the same easy scooping with a genuinely more sustainable material.
