The Hem & Boo Anti-gulp Slow Feeding Bowl assorted colours Small/Medium uses raised sections inside the bowl to slow down a dog that eats too quickly, reducing the excess air intake that comes with gulping food and helping cut down on indigestion, vomiting and the bloat risk that gulping can contribute to. Small/Medium suits a smaller to mid sized breed. It works with wet or dry food.
Introduce a slow feeder gradually if a dog is used to a flat bowl, some dogs find it frustrating at first before adjusting to the new pace. This bowl is not a treatment for a diagnosed medical condition, a dog with a suspected bloat risk or a deep chested breed should have their overall feeding routine discussed with a vet.
