The Flamingo Flitzy is a nylon collar with reflective webbing and an LED running through it, visible up to 300 metres, with three light modes. This is the S, fitting a neck of 30 to 40cm at 20mm wide.
Reflective and lit are two different jobs and most people own only one of them. Reflective needs a headlight already pointing at it, so it does nothing for the driver who has not come round the bend yet. A light is visible on its own. This collar does both, which on an unlit Irish road in November is the whole argument. It charges over USB type C rather than eating watch batteries, and that is what decides whether a lit collar gets used or ends up flat in a drawer by December.
Charge it the night the clocks go back. Free delivery anywhere in Ireland once you spend 49 euro.
