The Flamingo Neil is a clip on LED safety strip measuring 18.5 by 3.5 by 1.5cm, with an adjustable hook and loop fastener so it attaches to a collar, a lead, a harness or a bag. It is splashproof and comes with two CR2032 batteries.
A light does a different job to reflective material and most people only own one of the two. Reflective needs a headlight already pointing at it before it does anything, whereas a light is visible round a bend and to someone who has not seen you yet. On a dark road the light is the thing that gets you noticed and the reflective is what confirms what you are.
