The Flamingo Cub is an adjustable nylon collar built for puppies and small breeds. This is the XS, which fits a neck of 19 to 33cm and is 10mm wide. The colour is mint green.
Flamingo describe it as perfect for puppies and small dog breeds, with a D ring and a plastic click buckle, continuously adjustable rather than set holes. That last part is the bit that matters on a puppy. A pup can go up two sizes of neck in the space of a few months, and a collar with punched holes runs out of adjustment long before the pup runs out of growing. A continuous slide keeps pace with it. Check the fit weekly rather than monthly at that age, two fingers under the collar and no more.
On a growing pup, check the fit every week. They outgrow a collar faster than you expect. Free delivery anywhere in Ireland once you spend 49 euro.
