The Ancol Fine Chain Lead in black is a fine gauge chain dog lead measuring 36 inches, which is about 91cm.
There is really one reason people buy a chain lead and it is a dog that chews. A determined chewer will go through a nylon lead in a walk and a half, usually at the point nearest the collar where they can reach it, and a chain simply removes that as an option. The fine gauge here matters because a heavy chain on a small or medium dog drags on the neck the whole way round the block.
Worth saying plainly, a chain lead solves the chewing, it does not solve why the dog is chewing. If a dog is going at the lead on every walk that is usually frustration or over arousal and it is worth dealing with. Free delivery anywhere in Ireland once you spend 49 euro.
