The Ancol Extra Heavy Chain Lead in Black is built from chrome plated, welded steel chain, made for larger, stronger dogs that would work through a standard fabric lead. At 50cm long with a maximum recommended weight of 75kg, it suits big breeds and strong pullers where durability matters more than length. The welded chain construction resists chewing far better than nylon or fabric leads, and it finishes with a trigger hook for a secure, easy attachment to a collar.
This is a heavier lead than most, built for strength over lightness and length, so it suits larger breeds close handling situations rather than long relaxed walks. Check the chain and trigger hook periodically for wear. Free delivery on all orders over 49 euro. Orders under 49 euro have a delivery charge of 6.95 euro. We deliver anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
A dog that chews through fabric leads or pulls hard enough to strain a standard lead needs something built for that. This chain lead's chrome plated, welded steel construction handles that strength directly, rated to 75kg for genuinely large or strong dogs.
It is rated to a maximum recommended weight of 75kg, suiting larger, stronger breeds.
Chain resists chewing and pulling strain far better than nylon or fabric, useful for strong or determined chewers.
It measures 50cm, a shorter length suited to close handling rather than long relaxed walks.
Orders over 49 euro qualify for free delivery anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Orders under 49 euro have a flat delivery charge of 6.95 euro.
